Application for Pre-approval of Local/Overseas Scientific Meetings

Passive Participation 1. Please submit your application together with a relevant detailed time-table and programme to the College. We accept application to be sent by fax or post. 2. The College Secretariat will circulate the above to the CME Subcommittee for evaluation of CME points. 3. A written confirmation will be sent to the applicant by post within a week. 4. CME point(s) would be awarded upon receipt of the evidence proof of attendance.

Active Participation 1. Please submit your application together with an invitation letter from the organizer(s) of the scientific meeting or a relevant scientific programme indicating the applicant would be acted as "Speaker" or "Chairman" of a specific session. 2. The College Secretariat will circulate the above to the CME Subcommittee for evaluation of CME points. 3. A written confirmation will be sent to the applicant by post within a week. 4. CME point(s) would be awarded upon receipt of the evidence proof of attendance.

Application for Accreditation of Self Study

1. Please submit your application together with a summary of no less than 100 words per article / videotape for evaluation of CME points. 2. A written confirmation will be sent to the applicant by post within a week.

Application for Accreditation of Publication

1. Please submit photocopies / reprints / letter of acceptance as proof for CME accreditation. 2. A written confirmation will be sent to the applicant by post within a week.

Application for Accreditation of Quality Assurance Activities

1. Please submit your application together with the detailed Quality Assurance Program. 2. The College Secretariat will circulate the above to the CME Subcommittee for evaluation of CME points. 3. A written confirmation will be sent to the applicant after the approval by the CME Subcommittee. 4. CME point(s) would be awarded upon receipt of a letter defining the participant’s role in the project and a formal QA report.
