Membership of the College shall be divided into: (a) Honorary Fellows, (b) Ad Hominem Fellows, (c) Fellows and (d) Ordinary Members The Council shall be entitled at their discretion to appoint Honorary Fellows of the College. The Council shall be entitled at their discretion to appoint Ad Hominem Fellows of the College. Every candidate to be an Ad Hominem Fellow shall be proposed and seconded by five fellows of the College and:-
Any persons who have passed any examination prescribed by the Council in accordance with regulations made pursuant to Article 14 shall be entitled upon written application to the Council and subject to approval by the Council and payment of the entrance fee and the annual membership fee from time to time fixed by the Council to be a Fellow of the College. The subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the College shall be Fellows of the College.
