The College has received a survey from the #globalmentors group for our Fellows, Members and Trainees regarding parental leave in surgical career.

The survey has been translated into 23 languages and distributed across the globe. The aim with this survey is to compare practices in different countries and to learn from each other and identify areas of improvement in parental leave provision for surgeons. The survey takes approximately 5-10 mins to fill in with a maximum of 25 questions.
