Starting from August issue 2008, articles would be chosen as CME papers from each issue of the Surgical Practice. Fellows of The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong could obtain CME points by returning the completed answer sheet by mail, email or fax to the College office. Now, Fellows can also obtain the CME points by completing this online answer sheet. One CME point (active) has been accredited per CME article in Surgical Practice.

Instructions for the Online Answer Sheet:

1. Fill in the personal particulars.

2. Choose the correct answer for each question.

3. Submitted and completed this online answer sheet.
