Mailing of Notice of Council Election 2020Date : 5 June 2020
Dear overseas Fellows,
The documents of Notice for Election of Councillors regarding the Council Election 2020 of the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong will be posted to College Fellows on 8 June 2020 (Hong Kong Time) pursuant to the Election schedule. As mailing services of the Hong Kong Post Office to most countries have been suspended due to COVID-19 outbreak, courier service would be arranged for delivery of the aforementioned documents.(Link for reference: https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/about_us/whats_new/notices/index_id_927.html)
According to our record, registered correspondence address of a few of overseas Fellows is a Post Office BOX which is not applicable to international courier delivery.
