Exam Application For Hong Kong applicant submission Deadline:
Applications MUST be submitted online and received NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, 22 JULY 2026 (18:00).
Please follow the procedures below to complete your application for the MHKICBSC Part 1 and Part 2 Examinations through the CSHK E-Portfolio system. Please note that the entire application process is conducted online; no hardcopy application form or physical documents are required to be submitted.
Instructions for Applicants – MHKICBSC Examination Part 1 & Part 2
1. Create a new account in the e-Portfolio System. (New users must first create an account before proceeding with the examination application.)

2. Prepare the required supporting documents, including
A certified true copy of a letter certifying registrable qualification from the Medical Council of Hong Kong; OR
A certified true copy of your Basic Medical Qualification; OR
A certified true copy of a letter issued by the Faculty of Medicine of HKU or CUHK supporting that you have completed the medical programme.
(*Copies of letters and certificates will only be accepted if they have been verified as true copies by the medical or university official, OR a public notary, OR solicitor/lawyer, should have an official stamp accompanying the signature. The signature (name of verifier and post should be stated) and hospital stamp must be original.)
3. Submit your new account registration in the E-Portfolio System. The registration and approval process by the College Administrator which requires THREE (3) working days.
4. Once your account is successfully approved, you will receive an email notification from the College. You can then log in to the E-Portfolio System to complete your application for the MHKICBSC Part 1 and Part 2 Examinations.
Remarks 1) For Mainland applicants, please download the application form and submit the application in hardcopy.
2) Late applications or incomplete applications (including insufficient postage) for admission will not be considered. No allowance will be made for postal or other delays.
3) A processing fee HKD$450 for Part 1 and HKD$475 for Part 2 will be charged respectively for any unsuccessful application, including incomplete application.
