Note) *Payment must be made in full by cheque made payable to: "The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong Ltd."Exam Application For Hong Kong applicant:Please complete the application for the MHKICBSC Part 3 Examination through the CSHK E-Portfolio system. Please note that the entire application process is conducted online; no hardcopy application form or physical documents are required to be submitted.
Submission Deadline:Applications MUST be submitted online and received NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, 22 JULY 2026 (18:00).
For Mainland applicant:
Please download the application form and submit the application in hardcopy.Remarks 1) Late applications or incomplete applications (including insufficient postage) for admission will not be considered. No allowance will be made for postal or other delays.
2) A processing fee HKD$1,600 will be charged for any unsuccessful application, including incomplete application.
